Financial Forecast accurately predicted the drop in the US markets and gold. In spite of the rebound in gold it still has not recovered its full value. As of this writing the DJ is struggling to recover its losses.
Once again, the quarter will see a series of corrections, followed by slides. Knowing the movements BEFORE disaster strikes will give you the edge on how to adjust your portfolio.
One of the biggest advantages that Financial Forecast has to offer is that it can give you approximate dates and weeks when the indexes will rise. If you watch the falls you will be able to pick up stocks and other investments far in advance. Gold is going to be one of the most difficult investments this quarter.
One of the reasons is because it is high to purchase and when it does fall it will cause severe losses for late buyers. Oil will be a concern considering the price fluctuated consistently over the past quarter. The oil spill in the US will cause a complete overhaul of offshore drilling, sending prices up.
European and Asian markets will experience some severe shocks in their financial systems. Overspending and lending throughout the European markets will cause the indexes to fluctuate and lose value. Asian markets will finally begin to feel the pinch of over extending credit, manufactured goods, and poor investments. China, for example, will feel the biggest loss considering they have spent foolishly and unwisely when investing in other countries.
This last quarter proved that fundamentals and past performance are obsolete and only those knowing future changes in markets will be able to reap profits. The value of having market movements in advance can be applied to the indexes, stocks, futures, and commodities.
